    I just placed my order. What happens next?

    It joins our print partner’s queue. Nothing was sitting on a shelf waiting for you, so your shirt is printed, checked and packed for this order.

  3. You

    How will I know it has shipped?

  4. TeeMinder

    The moment a carrier scans your parcel, we email you the tracking number. You can also look it up on our Track Your Order page.

  5. You

    I picked the wrong size. Can I fix it?

  6. TeeMinder

    Write to us within 6 hours of checkout with your order number and the new size. If printing has not begun, we change it. More on order changes.

  7. You

    And if it arrives damaged or misprinted?

  8. TeeMinder

    Photograph the problem and email it to us with the order number. You have 30 days from delivery, and please don’t mail anything back yet. We reprint it or refund you, your call. The full rules are on Returns & Exchanges.

Get the size right in three small steps

  1. Pick a favorite

    Find a shirt or hoodie in your closet that already fits the way you like.

  2. Measure it flat

    Lay it on a table. A goes across the chest from armpit to armpit; B runs from the top of the shoulder by the collar down to the hem.

  3. Match the table

    Compare A and B with the table for the garment you are buying. Each style has its own numbers in inches and centimeters.

Do the photos show the real product?

They are digital previews of our artwork placed on the garment. Placement on the finished piece may shift a little up or down, and ink on cloth rarely looks identical to a bright phone screen.

How do I pay?

Checkout runs through PayPal, in U.S. dollars. The options PayPal shows you, along with what we cannot accept, are listed on Payment Methods.

How long until it reaches me?

Each order is printed first and then shipped, so the wait has two parts. Our Shipping & Delivery page keeps both parts, the total and the rate in a single table.
