Are there days you want to just hide behind your excuses:
I have no time.
I have kids.
It's raining!
...and not show up to your life, to your full potential.
Come out, come out wherever you are. Excuses will always be available--trust me. But don't hold onto them for dear life. They can stop you in your tracks, and that's never good. They're like weights strapped to your feet that delay action or keep you from taking steps altogether. Marianne Williamson said, "Your playing small does not serve the world."
So, don't do that. Don't play small. Choose to matter. Yes, it's pouring cats and dogs. Yes, your time is limited. Yes, your in-laws are in town. Yes to all of reality. Still, do whatever it is that you can do to show up so that the best version of yourself may show out!
